Acceptance of Beta Software

SilicaAI is currently distributed as public "Beta" software. This means the software is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" with all faults. You acknowledge that Beta software is experimental and may contain errors, stability issues, or performance varying by Apple Silicon chips that could result in data loss or failure to complete tasks correctly.

Agent Autonomy Limitations

SilicaAI provides beta access to autonomous agent functionality capable of executing shell scripts or accessing data locally. You are strictly responsible for determining the permissions logic required for these agents, verifying their outputs, and mitigating the risks associated with providing autonomy to language models running shell activities on your host OS.

Donations

SilicaAI relies on optional community donations. These are non-refundable and made voluntarily to support the continued development of the localized application. Donations do not entitle you to equity, decision-making rights, or guaranteed timeline roadmap deliveries.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the creators of SilicaAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
